Aquatic Lead Support Specialist Opportunity

Trafford Leisure, a leading leisure provider in Trafford, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Aquatic Lead Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the success of our organization and make a positive impact on the community.

About the Role:

This role will involve providing administrative support to our management team, developing and implementing swimming programs, and working closely with our swimming teacher team and other colleagues. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and colleagues.
  • Developing and implementing swimming programs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Working collaboratively with our swimming teacher team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons.
  • Assisting with school swimming programs and completing end-of-term reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to a management team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Warm and friendly personality, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Level 1 and 2 swimming teacher qualifications or willingness to be trained.
