The Opportunity

An exciting position has opened for a Head of Aquatic Programs to join our enthusiastic and welcoming team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our Aquatic Programs. Currently, we have over 1800 children enrolled in swimming lessons, and we are looking for a candidate with substantial experience to maintain the program's success and explore further growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing inspirational leadership to your team in executing the aquatic program at your facility.
  • Engaging with swimming instructors to support and develop their skills, maximizing their potential.
  • Managing our school swimming initiatives.
  • Offering constructive feedback and proposing new ideas to enhance the operational efficiency of the program and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to cover lessons and work varied days and hours as required by the business.
  • Swim England Level 1 & 2 Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a large-scale swimming program.

Location:

Your primary workplace will be within our facilities, with the possibility of working across various sites as needed, while we are open to flexible working arrangements.
