The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Aquatic Lead Support Specialist. As a key member of our swimming team, you will play a vital role in supporting our management team with administrative tasks, developing our 1-2-1 swimming lessons offer, and working closely with our swimming teacher team and wider colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to face-to-face enquiries, emails, and telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems to support the swimming team and wider operations.
- Work collaboratively with our swimming teacher team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons and programs.
- Contribute to the development of our 1-2-1 swimming lessons offer, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.
- Assist with school swimming programs, including completing end-of-term reports.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting a management team with administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Warm and friendly personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Level 1 & 2 Swimming Teacher qualifications desirable or willingness to be trained.
