Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Learning Support Tutor to join our team at Randstad Student Support. As a Specialist Learning Support Tutor, you will provide one-to-one support to students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) studying at Universities and/or Colleges in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide learning support and academic guidance to students with SpLDs
  • Build on comprehension skills within reading and writing
  • Identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship

Requirements:

  • British Dyslexia Association (BDA) qualification
  • Professional Membership The Association of Dyslexia (ADSHE)
  • Dyslexia Guild
  • The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS)
