Stock Management Supervisor Salary:
£29,000-£30,000 plus £290 per month vehicle allowance

Location:
National travel required

As a Stock Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing teams of inventory auditors, ensuring the comprehensive stock auditing service is delivered effectively across various client locations. Flexibility in your schedule is essential, as shift durations may differ, and you will be visiting different client sites daily. There may be occasions where overnight stays are necessary.

Working Days:
Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days working shift pattern)

Working Hours:
Evening/Night shifts

You will be expected to ensure the following within your team:
- Adherence to correct procedures and protocols
- Delivery of exceptional customer service standards at all locations
- Accurate completion of stock audits within designated timeframes
- Monitoring and enhancing team productivity where feasible

Candidate Requirements:
- A valid Driving License
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Effective communication skills across all levels of personnel
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to maintain focus under pressure
- Efficient time management and capability to work independently

- Willingness and capacity to travel

Please note that the role involves prolonged periods of standing and may require the use of step stools and ladders.

Some assignments may take place in warehouses or large retail environments, necessitating access to both ground and elevated stock.

This position entails working outside of standard hours, including early mornings or night shifts, thus applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
