We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Centre Supervisor to join our team at our Plymouth Service Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the growth and development of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain Service Standards**: Ensure that all service centre operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Stock Management**: Oversee the management of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded and maintained at optimal levels.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the service centre is maintained in a safe and clean environment.
- **Ad-Hoc Duties**: Perform other duties as required by the Service Centre Manager or Area Manager.
