Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Centre, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Support the Service Centre Manager in maintaining standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and training to technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre Manager to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
