Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current KPIs and targets as a Technician
  • Ensure the Service Centre meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues and customers
  • Assist the Service Centre Manager with stock management and control
  • Manage the Service Centre during periods of absence or leave
  • Communicate effectively with Technicians, Service Centre Manager, and Area Manager
  • Ensure all H&S standards and processes are maintained within the Service Centre
  • Manage consumable stocks and arrange waste collection

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
