We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Centre Supervisor to join our team at our Plymouth Service Centre. As a Service Centre Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the growth and development of our team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Maintain Service Standards**: Ensure that all service centre operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • **Operational Efficiency**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • **Communication**: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including technicians, service centre managers, and area managers.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all health and safety standards and processes are maintained within the service centre, and that all relevant regulations and compliance requirements are met.
  • **Stock Management**: Control and replenish consumable stocks for the service centre, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to support operations.
  • **Waste Management**: Arrange for the regular collection of glass waste and chemical waste, ensuring that all waste is disposed of in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

  • **Leadership and Management**: Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on employee development and engagement.
