We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Centre Supervisor to join our team at our Plymouth Service Centre. As a Service Centre Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Maintain and Improve Service Standards**: Ensure that all service centre operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that high standards of service delivery are maintained.
  • **Lead and Develop Team Members**: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to achieve their full potential.
  • **Manage Service Centre Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service centre, including managing stock levels, controlling costs, and ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • **Communicate Effectively**: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
  • **Identify and Implement Improvements**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • **Maintain Health and Safety Standards**: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the service centre is maintained in a safe and clean condition.

**Requirements**
