We are currently seeking a Service Centre Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain KPIs and performance targets as a Technician.
  • Ensure high standards are upheld within the Service Centre.
  • Offer assistance and support to colleagues and customers, both internally and externally.
  • Assist the Service Centre Manager in effective stock management.
  • Oversee the Service Centre in the absence of the Service Centre Manager.
  • Provide operational insights and feedback to management teams.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with Technicians, the Service Centre Manager, and the Area Manager.
  • Support the Service Centre Manager in adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage and replenish consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
  • Coordinate the regular collection of glass and chemical waste.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by the Service Centre Manager or Area Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workload effectively.
  • Flexible approach to varying work demands.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative.
