Bistrot Pierre - South Team Member is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team.

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained and address any personnel issues promptly. Provide guidance and support to the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Anticipate and fulfill customer needs to enhance their dining experience. Maintain a high standard of service and strive for customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee various aspects of restaurant operations, including table management, order processing, and inventory control. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Performance & Training: Brief the front-of-house team on customer satisfaction targets and upselling strategies. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
