As a vital part of our dynamic retail team, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently locate, pack, and process merchandise, ensuring it is attractively displayed for our customers. When assisting on the sales floor, your exceptional customer service abilities will be evident. In exchange for adhering to all company policies and maintaining a positive work attitude, we are committed to investing in your growth from the very beginning.

Role Overview:

To excel as a Stock Associate, you will ensure that our online customers have access to top-quality products by:

Swiftly and accurately processing inventory to the highest standards, which involves locating, packing, and efficiently transferring stock in and out of the store Meeting delivery deadlines to consistently provide our customers with their orders on time Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Assisting in various areas of the store as required, including the sales floor, to deliver prompt and friendly service Collaborating with the store team and reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
