Willis Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled AOG Operations Specialist to join their team in the Gatwick area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a focal point for airline customers, handling time-critical orders and ensuring requirements are met efficiently.
- Source and arrange shipment of AOG shipments in accordance with contractual service levels, highlighting potential shortfalls and working solutions with suppliers and airlines.
- Assist with daily operational demands process, fulfilling customer requests in accordance with contractual service levels.
- Proactively engage with Programme and Operations managers to ensure implementation of contractual requirements, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and contract performance.
- Identify potential problems and risks, evaluate implications, and develop contingency/recovery plans and actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or AOG operations in a high-pressure environment.
- Broad knowledge of airline/aviation/aerospace operating and business environments, including Technical Services, Logistics Operations, and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with demanding customers and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
