Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Cobalt Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the upkeep of our amenity spaces, and organizing community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks of our amenity spaces to ensure they are well-maintained and presented.
  • Organize and host monthly residents' events and initiatives to foster a sense of community among our residents.
  • Engage with residents to understand their needs and preferences, and facilitate resident-led events and meet-and-greets.
  • Manage the hiring of our amenity spaces, ensuring seamless communication with residents and stakeholders.
  • Respond to rental inquiries, schedule viewings, and negotiate offers to ensure a smooth leasing process.
  • Ensure our marketing portals are up-to-date and accurate, reflecting the latest information about our properties.
  • Coordinate tenant services, including maintenance requests, repairs, and warranty claims.
  • Communicate effectively with residents through various channels, including social media, to keep them informed about important updates and events.
  • Seek out special offers and discounts for residents from local businesses, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Develop a community-focused approach, using communication, events, and innovations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents to report maintenance issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Coordinate contractor appointments, including defect warranty repairs, to ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
  • Organize minor works between tenancies to maintain the high presentation of our apartments.
  • Complete check-in and check-out reports, determining deposit returns and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Conduct mid-term inspections to ensure our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Manage arrears chasing and reporting, working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with our Resident Experience Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across our development.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Common sense approach, ability to think on your feet, and make considered decisions.
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Organized, meticulous, and tenacious, with experience in undertaking viewings an advantage.
