Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, you will play a vital role in managing key client accounts, fostering business partnerships, and driving sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their business interests.
- Communicate Proactively: Communicate proactively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and seek opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of food manufacturing trends and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding product offerings, and driving revenue growth.
- Develop Account Plans and Sales Forecasts: Develop account plans and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Negotiate Contracts and Pricing Agreements: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service to secure long-term partnerships and drive customer loyalty.
- Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Prepare Detailed Reports: Prepare detailed reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze Sales Data and Customer Feedback: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of client relationship management and sales success.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and industry regulations.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
