We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our client, a leading global specialist pharmaceutical and luxury skincare company, on a fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.

As a Brand Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Branding Strategy & Creative and be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth across our client's owned, paid, and earned channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies across product development, marketing, and events. Additionally, you will lead on all media planning and buying globally, utilizing existing relationships with media owners and negotiating rates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies
  • Leading on all media planning and buying globally
  • Reviewing existing brand partnerships strategy and developing new initiatives
  • Developing and delivering brand-specific marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives using data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise and experience developing core marketing activities over time, ideally working with complex concepts in an international environment
  • Experience leading marketing teams, including developing people, infrastructure, and tools necessary for long-term success
  • Strong understanding of online retail/e-commerce and targeted advertising across digital platforms, including use of metrics and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated hands-on approach to marketing, leading campaigns from the front and actively contributing work alongside strategy
