EMR is delighted to be working with a leading global specialist pharmaceutical and luxury skincare company to support their search for a Brand Manager. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a 12-month duration.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Branding Strategy & Creative and will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth across owned, paid, and earned channels.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in developing core marketing activities, with experience leading marketing teams and developing people, infrastructure, and tools necessary for long-term success.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing brand strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and growth.
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- Reviewing and refining customer segmentation work to meet changing business needs.
- Leading media planning and buying globally, utilizing existing relationships with media owners and negotiating rates.
- Reviewing and developing brand partnerships strategy, selecting and driving initiatives forward.
- Developing and delivering brand-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Liaising with scientific and technical teams to establish and distil concepts for briefing creative teams.
- Leading messaging and communications for advertising campaigns and press releases.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail/e-commerce and targeted advertising across digital platforms, with a demonstrated hands-on approach to marketing and leadership within a fast-moving organization.
Salary range: £60,000-£65,000.
