Role: Senior Financial Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating annual and strategic financial plans to facilitate long-term decision-making.
  • Leveraging business intelligence and automation tools to provide insightful analyses that enhance commercial value across the organization.
  • Partnering with departmental managers and the management accounting team to create and refine financial models, including site budgets and profit & loss statements.
  • Collaborating with finance and operational teams to establish comprehensive budgets.
  • Identifying financial reporting needs and enhancing existing PowerBI reports while developing new ones.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Working alongside the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to construct a three-year strategic financial model.

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and data analysis is essential.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proficient in presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools, particularly PowerBI.
