Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with senior management to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial procedures to ensure accurate and complete month-end processes.
  2. Prepare monthly direct costs and overheads cost reports, and investigate standard cost variances.
  3. Support budgeting and business planning activities, and provide regular financial analysis to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with budget holders to review costs against budget, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure appropriate financial and internal controls are in place to maintain financial integrity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar Management Accounting/Finance Business Partnering position, with knowledge of a manufacturing or product-based business. Full CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is required, along with strong communication and business partnering skills.
