Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Liaison Officer with Linsco Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for:

  • Information Distribution: Preparing and distributing newsletters, notices, and other communication materials to keep residents informed about project progress and any changes. Organising and attending resident meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving any complaints or issues raised by residents, working with the construction team to find solutions and minimise inconvenience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic certificate in NVQ Customer Care or equivalent experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
