Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Job Summary:

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents affected by our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to address resident concerns and provide project updates.
  • Coordinate community engagement activities and events to foster a positive relationship between our company and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all interactions with residents.
  • Document all resident communications and feedback for project reporting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Valid DBS certificate.
  • NVQ Customer care (desired)
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in customer service.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer care or customer service roles within construction is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with hours expected to work.
