About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our property services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through regular communication and updates.
  • Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide exceptional customer aftercare.
  • Manage expectations between residents, clients, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a resident liaison or community engagement role, preferably within planned or reactive maintenance or asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations.
  • Resilience under pressure and discretion in a public-facing role.
  • UK driving license and own vehicle.
