- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our fostering services and policies to provide accurate information to applicants.
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and processes to improve the applicant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs, including occasional evenings.
