About the Role

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Building Liaison Officer. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment, assisting with the delivery of facilities services to customers and colleagues within our Unity Square office in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Facilities Desk, ensuring all protocols and procedures are adhered to.
  • Support staff with the booking and coordination of meeting rooms.
  • Undertake messenger duties, including accepting deliveries and ordering services and supplies as required.
  • Assist in maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to address and resolve building-related issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with external suppliers and colleagues.
