Building Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to join our team as a Building Liaison Officer. As the first point of contact for applicants who enquire to foster with us, you will be responsible for building rapport with potential Foster Parents, providing information and screening applicants for suitability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, responding to their inquiries and guiding them through the initial screening process.
- Communicate the benefits of fostering with Fostering People, highlighting transferable skills and addressing any concerns or questions applicants may have.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for applicants.
- Utilize CRM system to record and manage applicant information.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Enthusiasm and desire for engaging with customers, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
