Exciting Opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our dynamic Partnership team at Lovell, the UK's leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience, driving high levels of satisfaction on social housing refurbishment contracts. You will work closely with our Senior Resident Liaison Officer and be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience, driving high levels of satisfaction on social housing refurbishment contracts.
  • Work closely with our Senior Resident Liaison Officer to ensure that our residents receive exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
