Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communication materials to keep residents informed about project progress and any changes.

* Organise and attend resident meetings to discuss project updates and gather feedback.

* Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by residents, working with the construction team to find solutions and minimise inconvenience.

* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and communication.

Requirements:

* A basic certificate in NVQ Customer Care is desirable, but not essential if you have relevant customer care experience and a strong approach to dealing with clients.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

* DBS check required.
