Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Job Summary:
Thorn Baker Group is seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents affected by our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to address resident concerns and provide project updates.
- Coordinate community engagement activities and events to foster a positive relationship between our company and residents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all interactions with residents.
- Document all resident communications and feedback for project reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS certificate.
- NVQ Customer care (desired)
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in customer service.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer care or customer service roles within construction is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with hours expected to work.
