Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Elizabeth Michael Associates. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all property management paperwork and documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Database Management: Maintain our company database system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Contract Management: Set up and manage property contracts and tenancy agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding for tenants and property owners.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and provide valuable insights into property condition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with maintenance contractors and internal stakeholders to address property-related concerns promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of property management operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in property management or a related field is essential.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including database management and contract administration.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a car is required.
