Job Title: Property Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our team at Tamsin Wheatcroft Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing property management activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property portfolios, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct property inspections, reporting on condition and making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions between property management and sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and systems
