Priory Hospital Roehampton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our dedicated team within our CAMHS service.

Reporting directly to the Specialist Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to patients across our private and NHS Acute wards, as well as our specialized Eating Disorders unit.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions that empower patients to regain independence and improve their functional skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient well-being.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
