Accounts Administrator Role Overview

A well-established residential lettings firm is currently in search of an Accounts Administrator to enhance their dedicated financial team. This position is essential for overseeing the financial management of the lettings portfolio, ensuring meticulous record maintenance and prompt collection of rental payments.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage the processing of rental payments and supervise the collection of rental income.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to monitor financial transactions accurately.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all financial activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to address and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Employ financial software to streamline accounting operations.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, tenants, and suppliers effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts administration.
  • Familiarity with financial software; knowledge of the Alto system is beneficial.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining financial records.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance or accounting are preferred.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
