Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Administrator. As a key member of our Financial Divisions, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and providing exceptional administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide a warm welcome to our office
  • Compile and respond to emails, scan documents, and prepare correspondence
  • Assist in maintaining client information and updating policy details
  • Process LOAs, update policy information, and contact clients to provide updates on case progress
  • Prepare standard meeting files and ensure commission statements and invoices are scanned and sent to the Finance Director

Requirements

  • 12-18 months of experience in IFA administration or a related field
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and work in a fast-paced environment
