Lead Care Facilitator - Competitive Pay

Typical Shifts: 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week including some weekends

As a Lead Care Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we support. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our residential service. This role is set within a welcoming environment, supported by a dynamic team dedicated to assisting a remarkable group of individuals.

Your responsibilities will include empowering individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily routines, while also assisting the Manager with the overall supervision and administration of the service. Key tasks may involve:
- Allocating shifts and scheduling training.
- Inducting new team members.
- Supporting with supervision tasks.
- Managing medication orders.
- Assisting individuals in managing their finances.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others, whether that means helping colleagues build confidence or supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals.

We seek candidates who possess both the necessary experience and the right values. Ideal applicants should have prior experience as a Lead Care Facilitator and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors is essential.
