Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
