Lead Our Residential Service in Bridgwater, Somerset

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans to promote independence and positive outcomes for our residents.
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
  • Manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to provide comprehensive support.
