Registered Service Manager Opportunity

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset.

About the Role

As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the service's operations, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement support plans that promote independence and positive outcomes for the people we support.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and audits, as well as attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth.
