Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Bridgwater, Somerset. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
  • Lead a team of care professionals to ensure that residents gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Manage the service's budget, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular audits and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • DBS clearance and references required.
