Job Title: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Front Office Team: Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Duty Shifts: Oversee the smooth operation of front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Cost Control and Profitability: Analyze and optimize front office operations to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Guest Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Development and Training: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
