Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:

LaplandUK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee the visual merchandising and display of products in our stores
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and well-presented
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of retail operations during events
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
