HR Operations Coordinator at De Beers Group

La équipe des opérations RH chez De Beers Group s'engage à fournir un soutien opérationnel à l'organisation et à ses collaborateurs, dans le but d'améliorer l'expérience globale de toutes les parties prenantes. En tant que membre de l'équipe RH de De Beers Group, nous nous efforçons d'offrir une expérience employé de premier ordre ainsi que des services de conseil, tant numériques que transactionnels.

Aperçu du rôle :

  • Gérer toutes les activités transactionnelles RH tout au long du cycle de vie des employés avec précision et efficacité.
  • Superviser les processus de sélection pour les nouveaux arrivants via la plateforme Vero, garantissant un onboarding rapide.
  • Soutenir les efforts de recrutement en aidant au traitement des candidatures via Smart Recruiters.
  • Agir en tant que contact principal pour les questions RH, en fournissant des réponses précises et en temps opportun.
  • Contribuer à la formation des employés, aux programmes d'intégration et à d'autres initiatives de développement.
  • Offrir un soutien RH et administratif complet à l'équipe et aux parties prenantes, en répondant à diverses questions et demandes.
  • Administrer les avantages tels que l'assurance maladie privée, les réductions pour employés, et plus encore.

Responsabilités clés :

  • Maintenir les dossiers de paie avec précision et garantir le traitement rapide des modifications de paie.
  • Gérer la saisie et la gestion des données dans le SIRH (SuccessFactors) et d'autres plateformes.
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir un référentiel centralisé des politiques et procédures RH.
  • Collaborer sur les améliorations de processus et soutenir des projets RH clés.
  • Aider à la prise de notes pour les cas de relations employeur-employé et d'autres tâches liées aux RH.

Qualifications :

  • Idéalement, un diplôme ou une certification CIPD avec une expérience préalable dans des rôles de soutien RH.
  • Connaissance des systèmes d'information RH et des logiciels de paie, y compris SAP et Success Factors.
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office et connaissance du RGPD et des réglementations RH.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe avec une attention particulière aux détails.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et engagement à maintenir la confidentialité.
