About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a sales plan to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the printing industry.
