Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Account Managers in East Anglia. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring your region consistently surpasses performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6-8 Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed performance objectives
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and dedicated mentorship to team members
  • Actively engage in the sales process and consistently exceed personal sales targets
  • Ensure the region consistently surpasses all performance objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success managing sales professionals in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales environments
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused sales leader who is passionate about exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement
