We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Engagement Adviser to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver employer-related events and services to enhance student skills development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to provide students and alumni with opportunities for career growth.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to integrate employer activities into the curriculum.
  • Provide career guidance and support to students and alumni.
  • Contribute to the development of employer services and strategies to meet the needs of LSE students and alumni.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging events and services.
  • Knowledge of the job market and career development trends.
  • Experience working with employers and academic departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
