Job Purpose:

The Employer Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key employers across various industries. This role will involve identifying potential employers for partnership, collaborating with them to identify vacancies, and organizing interviews for learners on completion of the qualification. The successful candidate will also attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to identify new opportunities for partnership and employer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key employers across various industries.
  • Identify potential employers for partnership and collaborate with them to identify vacancies and organize interviews for learners.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to identify new opportunities for partnership and employer engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage employers and promote our training programs.
  • Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure that our training programs meet employer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a database of employers and regularly report on employer engagement activities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employer engagement strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and deliver targeted employer engagement campaigns.
  • Represent the company at external events and act as an ambassador for the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employer engagement or business development within the training and apprenticeships sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of the training landscape in the UK.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum.
