About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Global Director of Strategic Agency Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing proactive, efficient, and professional support to our Director and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Global Director of Strategic Agency Partnerships, including diary management, meeting organization, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Be the first point of contact for stakeholders across the business, ensuring that all internal and external stakeholders are dealt with confidently and professionally.
  • Expense Management: Manage expense reports, track and submit accurate and timely expense claims.
  • Confidential Support: Provide confidential support for business processes such as performance management, people management, and payroll.
  • System Changes: Manage system changes such as onboarding and leavers, salary changes, and annual leave tracking.
  • General Admin Support: Provide general administrative support, including employment contract changes, drafting and reviewing letters, and maintaining personnel filing systems.
