We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Vantiva. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Vantiva remains competitive.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and sales materials to support business growth.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field.
