Clinical Lead Psychiatrist Position

Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team in a top-notch rehabilitation recovery service. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, developing care plans, and implementing treatment formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a caseload of complex mental health cases, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment and support.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, families, and carers.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure adherence to clinical governance policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
- Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, promoting professional development and growth.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: MRCPsychiatry or equivalent with full GMC registration.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
