Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for managing complex cases and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure that all clinical practices and procedures are in line with current standards and guidelines.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication and Liaison: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: MRCPsychiatry or equivalent with full GMC registration.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist, with a strong track record of managing complex cases and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on patient care and outcomes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
